GMO Technology
The Haber-Bosch Process takes nitrogen from the air you breathe (about 78%) and turns it into fixed nitrogen or fertilizer.

GMO technology can provide more good than it can bad.
Genetically modified organisms are those three big words many are afraid of. Why?
The other big food companies and governing lobbyists have put fear into people about GMOs technology.
The Technology Behind GMOs
It's easy to persuade people into believing something that's very one-sided when you have a lot of money backing you.
So they've been able to suppress the actual science-backed facts about the truth of GMO foods.
As a result, many people don't realize that most foods we consume nowadays have been genetically modified in one way or another with GMO technology.
Now, I don't necessarily say I agree with the way companies such as Monsanto are running. But, like most big multinational corporations, it's just the people who are in charge of them.
GMO technology is being developed in public institutions or smaller private firms. And, look who's operating these farms, in North America, its families.
Why would any farmer get up in the morning and put something on his crop that he wouldn't feed his own family?
With the help of today's technology advancements, they're making giant leaps in helping feed the world's hunger problems.
But unfortunately, the powering lobbyists are holding back some of the foods and GMO technology that should be on the market right now!
For example, look at golden rice. It's bio-fortified rice with vitamin A.
As it sits on the shelves, not being in use, it could be being eaten by the millions of kids and adults who have gone blind or have painfully died from vitamin A deficiencies.
Instead, labs are profiling genomes using petabytes of data to isolate specific functions that are going on inside plants with the use of GMOs technology.
Bio-Engineering GMOs
They can now stop late blight in potatoes and tomatoes instead of using 17 applications of fungicide, reducing disease and pesticides, making it a more profitable crop for farmers.
In addition, bio-engineering GMOs would allow us to have a more incredible drought and salt tolerance and even more excellent insect resistance.
Some studies suggest that the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (UN) - agriculture alone accounts for 70% of all the world's freshwater. For example, to grow feed for the chicken, it takes about 120 gallons of water to make one egg!
A watermelon takes about 100 gallons of water; a pound of meat takes 2,500 gallons. So with the help of GMOs technology, we could exponentially cut fresh water on crops.
It's estimated that about half the protein in every human being on the planet comes from the Harbor-Bosch Process. So the Haber-Bosch Process is an example of GMOs technology.
The Haber-Bosch Process
The Haber-Bosch Process takes nitrogen from the air you breathe (about 78%) and turns it into fixed nitrogen or fertilizer.
Let's look at organic foods: they're ridiculously priced and don't taste any different from regular foods. The amounts of money these organic companies are profiting are in the billions!
Look at Whole Foods, and it's the most extensive and best-known organic grocery store chain with 367 stores. Unfortunately, whole Foods has been overgrowing, and now it is owned by the monopoly of Amazon.
Meanwhile, Whole Foods' stock has been up an explosive 860% over the last five years.
I don't think the organic companies aren't using chemicals in their food either. Because pesticides are allowed for organic food production, 2,400 organic seeds were generated with either radiation or chemical baths.
Before we close our minds totally off to GMOs, it's essential to properly educate ourselves about the truths of the ins and outs of GMO technology.
There's overwhelming evidence that GMOs technology can and our saving the planet.
For example, without the help of genetically modified organisms, we wouldn't be enjoying the world's most popular digested food, the banana.
